We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance processes, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for items purchase pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification; however, a delay in notification does not relieve you of your obligations unless you suffer material prejudice.
